In other news, this kid loves veggie goyza! We gave him one from Trader Joe's when we were eating them for lunch the other day and he went to town on it! So today Jake made goyza from scratch and Enzo ate a whole one. It had an egg-free wrapper (store-bought) with mushrooms, chard, bell pepper, tofu, garlic, ginger and onion. I love that he's a good eater!
